Anti-Sweat Shop Policy
ColorCreed supports high standards for manufacturing labor conditions. Accordingly, we seek to work with suppliers who promote such standards within their operations. ColorCreed relies upon referrals, reputation and, in some cases, personal inspections to identify such vendors.
Payment Policies
ColorCreed accepts online payment via credit card, debit card, or UPI. All payments sent electronically are securely transmitted.
ColorCreed also accepts payment via purchase order for qualified customers. Invoices may be paid by UPI or credit or debit card.
Shipment/Delivery Times
Our orders are generally ready for dispatch in 2 days. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact us on Whatsapp for Express Delivery. We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Rerouted or Delayed packages. Please make sure your address is correct on our website.

 

Returns Policy


ColorCreed goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. We do not offer returns, replacements or refunds for personalized items. If an items is received damaged, please email us at reachus@colorcreed.com.

 

 

Cancellation Policy


For Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your order.
For Expedited Deliveries (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.
