  2. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered, and if the customer receives a faulty product, then they can raise the return request.
  3. Our commitment to slow fashion means our embroidered wall art and personalised kids t-shirts are only stitched when you order them, and never before. As a result, we have a rigorous process of quality checking each and every design before it gets packed and shipped out to you.
  4. However, we understand that returns can occur. In the event of a return, we ask that you take and send us an unboxing video of your order within 48 hours of receipt. This allows us to verify the state of the product on delivery. Any return claims without this unboxing video will not be entertained. Refunds will be only given when we receive the product on our end and its quality check has been verified—please note that we will pay the return charges of your return request.
  5. Customization
-> In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts, there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end, then the customer can proceed with the return request. Please refer to our unboxing video requirements before emailing us with a return request.
